Kiki Magazine originated with a mom tired of seeing overly mature themes in magazines aimed at her tween daughters. She decided to launch her own magazine aimed at the 9-14 year old set, without all the kissing lessons and how-to-snag-a-boyfriend articles. The premier issue will debut in September 2007.
The press release outlines the philosophy of the magazine and its approach to stories for tweens. So check out this new magazine and pitch them your idea.

Looks interesting! I like the tag line - "girls with style and substance".
It'd be nice if it was about more than "How to get a guy"
