New Magazine for Parents Who Work at Home

Literary Mama has an announcement about a new magazine for full or part-time work-at-home parents (like moi). The magazine WAHM (Work At Home Magazine) will have information on business matters, essays from parents, and tips on working at home.

They debut in January 2008, and they are looking for submissions. It looks like a great resource, and yet another place for me to visit in my quest to be procrastinating queen of the universe.

Well, we are in a race to see who can procrastinate the longest. Procrastination is my middle name. Thanks for the market. I guess I qualify. I work at home, and I'm a mom. My kid just isn't at home anymore.

Teachers do most of their planning at home, do they count?

I think anyone doing any work at home qualifies. You still have to work around your life, family and other commitments to get things done. So go for it.
